I received an email that my payment failed, what now?

Our systems will make three (3) attempts to charge your credit card as below:

Block

1st Payment Attempt

2nd Attempt

3rd Attempt

Army Block

1st of the month

5th of the month

9th of the month

 You can update your billing information before the next payment by logging into your customer account in My Subscription -> My Billing Information.

If you are unclear why your payment failed to process, please contact your financial institution to inquire on the status of the payment.

Note, after three failed payment attempts your subscription will be suspended until the next month's payment date.
